Regular Bossfights

Idea based on feedback from twitch.tv/x_RIKA_x

We could add a boss fight every X + jitter minutes. The boss fight is not tied to the extension, users can also join by using a command. For this we need a website with all heroes. Join command would be !ffl (which is usually an info command - see #19 ) during boss fight time. There will be a preamble of 90 seconds where viewers can join.

After 90 seconds a fight starts. The viewers will do random attacks against the boss round by round. Probably a few random heroes per round? discussion required. Can be connected to #17 and #14
