Streamer Options for special hero setups

Currently it is possible to build a hero without eyes by switching to a custom hero without setting any eyes (editor correctly shows default eyes then but game does not)

• We could add a "None" item for this purpose and allow a streamer to opt-out for convenience reasons (sets default eyes then on that channel)

• Additionally we should add "sexual content filter" 😂 - An option where a streamer can force a minimal level of clothes (at least pants and a shirt or something like that)

• Maybe we could alsoa llow the streamer to switch confetti with blood on demand
